In my opinion this hotel should be avoided in the Summer due to them rationing Air Conditioning. I entered my room 3 hours ago. Room Temperature read 76 degrees. Because it is 86 degrees out, I programmed AC TO 65. Three hours later the room is still hot and registering at 76. I travel for living and have figured out that some hotels actually control how much power the AC is blowing out and on days where business is low, they ration the AC and keep it from pumping out the maximum cold air. It's too warm in room not improving even though i set temperature to 66. I can't sleep because it's too warm. I will never come back to this hotel during Summer Hours. If you are a person who needs to sleep in cool conditions, consider my review. Update: Another 4 hours and heat became unbearable that I couldn't sleep. Over 7 hours after setting the Air Conditioning system to 66, the room temperature remains over 75. I called down to front desk several times and no one answered phone. I know the phone system works because I called after I checked in to see what floor the gym was on. So now they aren't answering the phone. It's supposed to be 90 degrees this whole week. Thankfully I only have one night here and I definitely will not be coming back to this hotel. I also will be telling my work colleagues and company to avoid this hotel, especially this Summer with their Air Conditioning system not working properly. This is a SUPER convenient option to catch an early flight out of Bradley. The United Airlines terminal is literally right outside the hotel. The room was large with a king size bed. Very clean. Friendly front desk staff. 2 items for the Sherton to look at that would have made the stay a 5 star experience. First the toilet flapper leaked and the toilet refilled every 40 seconds (that's an enormous amount of wasted water Marriot pays for) I ended up shutting the water off at 03:00hrs. Then back on when I left. Second, the over sized handicap accessible shower had a small rim to keep the water in the shower. Unfortunately the shower curtain was an inch or two short. After a 5 minute shower the bathroom floor had significant water on it and the bath mat was saturated. Luckily my clothes were on the vanity and not on the floor.

We love staying here the night before our international flight. So convenient the next morning and we actually get a few good hours of sleep before our 4:00 AM check-in. We highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel as our flight was getting in really late after a long day of international travel back to the USA. It is really convenient, being a very short walk (all indoors) from arrivals. We checked in using the bonvoy app, and so we could go straight up to our room. The room itself was very spacious, nicely decorated and extremely clean. Good shower, and good ventilation. Very quiet - no outside noise at all. The restaurant downstairs does excellent food. My only complaints were the price - it was very expensive, and that the concierge lounge was closed. Still, this is a very high quality hotel with very high standards.

Park at galaxy...take their shuttle...I think it is about 6 bucks per day...with AAA discount
