The front desk was nice but when we got to our room the ice machine didn’t work they said to wait 15 mins we did and it still didn’t work. The bed was way smaller then a queen bed and it was not comfortable Our tv didn’t work and they said all the tvs were like that And our sink in the bathroom wouldn’t shut off we had to twist and turn until it turned off The room above is there must of been a child because they were running or making loud Noise all night

Positive: Very large suite with kitchenette. Almost new. Clean. Negative: Staff was not very welcoming. Not rude but no smiles. Did their job but with no enthusiasm. No ice machine. You have to turn on the ice machine in the fridge and you're supposed to get over within 30 minutes but ours didn't work

Positive: Friendly staff, location was good Negative: They advertise free parking. Parking is only free the night that you stay. This hotel is near the airport, and all other hotels that I have stayed at in the the area that advertise free parking typically means up to one week time period.

We enjoyed our stay here. Little cute kitchenette, well prepared room( totally clean) and amazing front desk service, John needs a raise y’all, for just being genuinely nice! He also advised to check prices with them first before using third party booking site as they may have somewhat similar prices.
