The salesman at the Burlington were great. The problem we had was pick up. Asked the salesman if we could pick it up in Bellinghsm. He said he would try to get it on truck if there was enough time. I asked for him to call either way so we know we're to pick up. No call so day of pick up I called in the morning and was told it is still in Mt Vernon. I said that is fine I will pick up there. Aquired a trailer, and that afternoon before we left Blaine I called again to verify as it was an hour drive. We get there and was told it was sent to bellingham. 2 hours and a tank of Gass wasted. Drove back to bellingham to pick up.

Hands down the best appliance purchasing experience we have ever had. Chris, who was our appliance pro, went to culinary school and with his expert product knowledge was really able to give us the insight we needed to get the best appliances for our needs, likes and wants. Their selection was awesome and they really worked with us and their prices were the best we could find. We got everything from them. Washer and dryer, refrigerator, dish washer, range, microwave and they are ordering us a new Traeger Grill. Because of their pricing we purchased the warranty on everything we could which they back and service themselves for 5 years. We love our new gear! Delivery was fast and smooth. No harm to our appliances or floors/walls. The microwave did have a dent on it and Chris jumped on sending a new face plate and having it replaced for us. This really speaks to how they care for their customers. I would recommend Chris and Judd & Black to anyone. Thanks again guys!!

The parts to repair are less than $100. The cost for labor is probably $100-$300, depending on who does the repair.
