Pizza took over 40 mins to get to my house after they text me saying it was out for delivery then after looking at the food look like it went threw a drive threw car wash and then seeing long black or dark brown hair all over the food we pitch it. What a waste of money

Went to a friend’s house a few weeks ago after work to hangout, and we decided on ordering a pizza. Due to convenience’s sake, I wanted to place it through the mobile app, as I work on the phones all day, and the last thing I want to do is make another phone call. So, we ordered our dinner box, and an extra set of breadsticks as Pizza Hut was running a promo on them for half price. The site stated it would arrive within 25-30 minutes; no big deal. I get a text about a half hour later, stating they are out for delivery; I think cool, they’re coming early. Not. Almost an hour and a half later, we still didn’t get it. Call the store, the store employee states “she’s out with the order, should be there shortly.” They could have given me a quick call, “Hey, it’s Pizza Hut, I’m running behind, be there shortly” and I would have understood. But nothing. Finally, the driver shows up almost 2 hours past the delivery window, starving, we get our food. I dunno, I’ve worked in customer service my whole life; this ain’t it chief. I’m sorry.

You are better off driving aimlessly then ordering from this location because that’s probably what the delivery drivers currently doing. Called twice the first time I was told my delivery was on the way, second time I was told that the delivery driver had a very small car (not sure why you would take a delivery job knowing that this is upstate New York in the middle of winter and that the roads here normally aren’t the greatest). Anyway place the order at around 9:02 PM. At the time of this writing I still have not received anything. Will most likely be starving to death before I ever order from this location again. Management is a complete joke, the woman on the phone provided excellent customer service they just need reliable help in terms of delivery drivers. Management should you do better at picking who they have to deliver food.

getting my order right - This time I checked wings when picking up my order and they had the sauce on them - the time before I had to bring them back as there was not enaough sauce to even think there was sauce on them - and this time I got home to find the cupped pepperoni I paid for was not on the pizza at all. I did not call to complain this time as I was too tired to go back to restaurant once again.

I work there at amsterdam. Buffett for lunch is 1130 to 130 monday through sat. Sunday is the big on 12 to 3. Thursday through sat night 5 to 8 is the bigger buffet.
If it's there pizza hut on 30 they never answer and the service is horrible
