Order the special 8 piece meal with 3 sides reciept showed 1 large mash and gravy 1 large special fries and 1 large Mac and cheese then I order additional 1 large mash and gravy 1 large special fries and 1 large Mac and cheese ....what did I get? 1 small mash and gravy 1 SMALL MAC & cheese and 1 small fries and 1 large mash potatoes WITHOUT gravy 1 LGac and cheese 1 lg fries don't think that matched what I ordered 50 dollars later! SMH ! HAD TO MAKE MY OWN GRAVY!😠 Unhappy customer. Not really that hard to read the reciept and determine which one is small and what is large And what gravy looks like! I can take pics to prove it as well if u would like thanks! Glad I got what I paid for!

The girl at the register was nice but the yonger dude who brought my bag to the counter is why i gave 5 stars. The food was okay, the usual kfc.

Went there at 7:40 pm and website says open till 10pm.. they told us they were out of the first 4 things we ordered... then when we finally found something they had they forgot my wife's french fries... we both worked all day and all we wanted was something to eat and watch tv... the girl at window was also very short and mean sounding... top it all off everything was cold... CLOSE EARLIER IF YOU DONT WANT CUSTOMERS!!!!m

Food was fresh, and otherwise standard KFC. Lobby was LOCKED with a sign saying to pick up online orders in lobby...Maybe pay your employees better so that you can open your dining room... unsurprisingly abysmal management failure.

So I went to the Drive-through. Things were out of control. I could see a guy running around with his mask down to his lower lip breathing on all the food. They messed up my order. So I called to tell them.I I told the manager about the employee. The manager said that she would talk to him. The next day I stopped there to pick up what they had for gotten to put in my order. So who is it that takes care of me the guy who cant seem to wear his mask right. Now his mask is down to his chin. I've been going to that KFC on Robinson street Binghamton since it opened like 40 years. But probably won't again.
