Visit our website and click on Class Schedule, and then Sign Up next to the class you want to take. That will direct you to our partner site via Mindbody and you can create an account and register for any class up to 7 days in advance

We are located in the Enumclaw Wellness Center building at 856 Cole ST in Suite 103 (next to the NW Safe building off of 410)

How hot is the room?

It depends on class size and varies because we use infrared heat which is much more beneficial to your body than forced air. It usually starts around 100 degrees and ends between 105 and 110 at around 30-40% humidity

It it good for beginners?

It is great for all skill levels! If you are new to yoga it is best to just try a class. They all have modifications to help you make the practice more or less challenging depending on where your comfort level is

We offer Hatha/Vinyasa/Conditioning/Yin. Hatha is more traditional with the poses help longer (mostly standing), Vinyasa is more of a flow with a large focus on transitions as you move from pose to pose continuously, and Conditioning is our own brand of Yoga-based strength and conditioning. Yin is a restorative form of yoga where most postures are held for 2-5 minutes
