Worst service ever, had a foot long and he put one small scoop of meat and spread it, every other sandwich had to scoops for a foot long. When I complained he said that's the way we do it. NOOO the lazy employee didn't want to get any more meat out since he ran out and that was all the meat left in that pan. This is in Enumclaw, washington and I will be complaining to corporate.

Very sad I just ordered from here got it fast but there is no mayonnaise on my sandwich what kind of sandwich is that. Garbage... WASTE OF MONEY WHEN YOU DO ONLINE ORDERING YOU DONT GET A COMPLETE ORDER. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HANGS UP ON ME when I was trying to fix my address so I called back and got some attitude for it horrible

My husband just drove from Wilkeson seeming as the one in Buckley has been closed the last few days... he orders my sandwich, pretty simple, turkey, American cheese, olives, pickles, light lettuce, mayo and honey mustard. The employee tells him "sorry I don't have olives out here" so he says he can wait. She wouldn't open a can of olives for the customer?!!!! We are paying YOU and paying for what we want on our sandwich! You want to keep customers you should probably do simple things as open a can of olives. That takes less than a minute. Especially if he said he can wait. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Let's see how my sandwich even looks when he gets home. 🙄

Its hit or miss here, they always seem to have new employees, so they're getting trained or something.The old guy with the beard doesn't work well under pressure, that's for damned sure. If they're busy, they might mess your sandwich up if you aren't paying attention. All in all it's a decent place, What can I say, you get what you pay for. It's reasonably cheap.
