Just like being fed in a Filipino home! Rosanna was so kind and even recommended some favorites because I had trouble choosing from so many dishes. She remembered and said my name throughout my time there. Something this small makes all the difference for me because they care about their customers like guests rather than a customer. The portions were larger than I anticipated! What I thought would feed two adults could have fed a family of five. At least I had a lot of leftovers to enjoy the next day. If you want to find an authentic cultural activity in Seattle southside, then make sure to come here and learn about the history that originated in the 1940's. The fried chicken was so tender and juicy. I like that they don't put additional shake n' bake crumbs. They naturally fry the skin to a delicious golden crisp. The fried pork was so good. You get to peel it off the bone. The crunch was accompanied by a savory delight. It wasn't too hard or too chewy. Sometimes your jaw can have a workout, but pork was just right. All the dishes I ordered was outright delicious, along with the purple halo-halo for dessert. I will come here again to bring my kids to it. I went there for lunch for the very first time, and now I know that it's more than a quick bite to eat; it's an experience that preserves the culture of the Philippines.

My girlfriend is Filipino and brought me here as its her favorite restaraunt from her home. I was very surprised and impressed with the food we received. Everything tasted delicious and the chicken was fantastic. (I had never ordered a whole fried chicken in a restaraunt before) We've been back a few times and I'msure we will return many more! The banana ketchup I heard is a staple in the Philippines, but I wasn't super fond of it, but thats just an optional side sauce so 0 complaints from me!

So glad to have visited.. quick service and friendly staff. Always clean and the food is simply good. I will say that they can lessen the Maggi in many of the dishes as well as overall salt content. But for the most part, authentic and affordable.

They dont take reservations. Makes it chaotic as you'll likely wait if you dont come in at the right time. My brother said they came in an hour before they opened and they still waited another hour. I dont know if 2-hour wait is all worth that. Theres no system. Maybe it's less busy in the late afternoon after lunch and before dinner???

We arrived at 11 and waited in line until about 12. By the time we left at 1:45 there were a bunch of open tables.
