Overall the staff was nice, but scheduling an appointment was a little inconvenient due to the miscommunication about the vehicle already having tint installed although I had replied to their messages informing them that there was tint installed. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule for about 2 weeks out. Also, my understanding from the Groupon receipt is that I would only be paying 35% sales taxes after the services have been completed which would have been around $50. Well, they ended up charging me for services I was not informed I would be charged for upon drop-off which came out to around 75 bucks. It would have been appreciated to have been explained the pricing in the beginning so it wouldn’t have felt like I was getting ripped off.

These guys tinted my 2018 TSI and did a spectacular job. Not only did they have to peel my old tint off, but also had small windows and alarm stickers to work around. They finished the job in about 5 hours, were helpful when I was choosing my tint percentage and gave me a better price than all the other shops in the area. So for price, quality, professionalism, friendliness, I give them 5 out of 5 stars. Would definitely go back and refer my friends and family. Might even get some audio work done sometime in the near future 🔊🚗🖤😁
