Anyone reading my reviews knows that I do not give 5 stars too easily. Shaheen's reserves 5 stars and more. It rivals any large chain hotel. For a 4-day stay it had everything we could possibly want: lots of towels, very large bedroom, lots of drawer space and hangers, and clean inside and outside.

Decent place & everything….but don’t come to this hotel if you’re BLACK. There’s a white lady that runs this place & she will call the cops on you for any reason…. & be damn proud of herself while doing it. Horrible women. Definitely gives Karen vibes. Black men & women, avoid this place at all costs.

We stayed here for just shy of a week in October 2021. We could not have been happier! Yes, it has a “vintage” aesthetic. The decor is a throwback to my childhood, but it looks like new! The staff was friendly. The room was spotless. This is obviously a place the owners hold dear and take pride in. They work very hard to keep it spotless. Mind you, we usually stay at Whiteface Lodge during ski season. This is a complete 180 and we loved every minute! Will definitely book again. Thanks

We stayed for only one night to do some winter hiking the next morning. Arrived late, left early and the entire experience was very easy and convenient. This budget friendly hotel is super clean and is a place you must stay at when visiting Tupper Lake or the surrounding areas. We will be back. Thank you!
