The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Not a large selection of certain products, and I find Petsmart to be a higher price than other pet stores, including Petco. But a very friendly staff in this particular location.

This particular petsmart is in a very busy location. It shares parking with several other businesses, and seems to be always lacking for space. The stafff seems friendly, they always acknowlege you when you arrive. They also always ask if you need help when they find you in an aisle somewhere. We use this location for fish tank supplies, aquatic supply, dry tank/amphibian supply, feeder insects for our frogs, and occasional cat stuff. I find that the Clifton Park Location seems to have a larger selection, but I am sure that is based on city size and nothing to do with this store.

We have specifically called ahead 3 seperate times and spoke to grooming regarding a walk in nail trim since you cannot make appointments. Every time they said "yes sure as long as it's 2 hrs prior to closing". We went Sunday afternoon after speaking to the salon only to be told that they wernt seeing walking nail trims by the rude groomer. We explained we spoke to someone and they said they would take nail trims. Groomer proceeded to say it must have been a corporate call line bc she doesn't answer calls while she is busy (we explained we called the store and even hit extension 3) and it wasn't her problem bc and turned her back to us. We loved going there especially with the groomer Ashley but this recent frustration will have us looking elsewhere.

I went in to this store on Tuesday to bring back cat food I had bought for my cat who ended up passing away. I didn’t have my receipts as it was a while ago when I bought the items but I spoke to wonderful young lady who stated she was the store manager I think her name was Shawna. During the whole experience she was thoughtful, sweet and understanding. She listened to me rant and cry over losing my cat not once did she make me feel like I was a burden. I tell you one thing, I will be back to this store more often since I also have a dog and I will ONLY be coming back because of this young lady!! I hope corporate sees this and rewards her for all of her hard work. The store was very clean and everyone else seemed very happy to be working there. If the store manager sees this it’s the crazy crying cat lady and I want to say thank you again!!
