The staff at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Oswego New York is always top notch! Each and every single time my family has rented here, the cars are immaculate. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond to make the whole process as stress free as possible. I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciated that when my car was in the shop and the estimated time of completion kept flip-flopping every other minute. Thank you so much to the staff. I highly recommend the Oswego office

The van we rented was filthy inside when we received it. There was something sticky spilled all over the dash, there was finger prints all over the display console, there was pet hair covering the inside, the wind shield was so dirty we could barely see out of it. We had to clean the van before we could leave for our trip. Given the Covid pandemic, we expected better. We told the enterprise employee about this when we dropped it off and were promised that a manager would call us. We waited a week and no call. They still billed us full price for the van and never made an attempt to fix the issue. Will never rent from enterprise again and we do not recommend them. We will use another rental place next time and we will be leaving bad reviews for enterprise on all social media platforms. Very poor customer service and lazy detailing staff.

Courtney was very friendly. The process of getting the car was easy. However, the car had a horrible odor in it which made it impossible to drive comfortably. I called several locations about trading it for a different vehicle and they all said they didn’t have any vehicles available. Two days later I contacted the location in clay and was told there was another vehicle available for me. I went there to trade it, but the vehicle they had for me had a faulty driver side seat that could not be adjusted. Phil was extremely nice, he took the original car into the bay and cleaned and deodorized it. The smell was gone, so I kept the same car. I ended up keeping the vehicle for two additional days after my insurance stopped paying, but was charged for three full days. When I called the Oswego location to question my bill, I was told that the bill was correct and I could not be refunded for the additional day. They said it was because my insurance company had paid for the first part of the rental. I don’t really understand how they can charge me for a day that I did not have the vehicle, or how that has anything to do with my automobile insurance company… 🤔 At least they got the friendly part down...

The people were great. The car was clean. The two reasons keeping me from rating a 5 are 1 Enterprise would not pick me up 20 miles is too far to go 2 Lack of vehicle selection I was promised a full size SUV. If I wanted it they would get it for me in a few days.

West Genesee, is open 3pm North Syracuse Enterprise 3pm Driver's Village 12 noon. On Saturday's West Genesee is open at 7:30 am All others open at 8:30am
I'm not positive but I've rented from this location three times, and I don't believe it was an option. Perhaps if you request?
Just take the car to Enterprise.And their is a Dropbox for the keys on the door of enterprise okay from Dee-9/15/18
It depends what do u choice the rental car. I used to pay $300ish included with the deposit* for 5 days. The Deposit is required and would be the return 100 back after u drop it off there.
