Woke up to BED BUGS at 1:30am!!!! We’ve stayed here in the past and never had a problem. They gave us another room to shower and we packed up and left. It looked like the bed bugs were coming out of the pillows. I never seen them on the bed, the mattress was in a zipped up cover. They refunded our room for the night.

I'm a local to the area so I can't speak for the how the rooms but the service was excellent, food was great, was there for a training conference from my work. Staff was friendly. They are right in walking distance to many other restaurants and bars, a night club and movie theater as well as other local small businesses a candy shop and bakery the on opposite side of the bridge. They do have their own restaurant and bar inside "Steamers", the only down side for me way interior lighting was slightly dimmer than what I am use too but the views of the river and the lake were spot on.

Great hotel, from checking to check out everything was great, staff super friendly. Hotel was clean, room spacious, bed comfy and the river view a plus. Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options.

Good hotel. I like that it’s pet friendly. Front desk clerk is really nice. Don’t know his name but he has blonde curly hair. We stay at this hotel everytime my son has a home game. I like the fact that parents of the Oswego mens Hockey team get 15% discount.
