First off let me say I have never been so scared in my life as when I got arrested and charged with two felonies. What's worst of all is the crimes I was accused of I did not commit. I was facing five years behind bars minimum. I was given a public defender which I didn't hear from at all for a whole week. Thus starting my quest to find a good lawyer. I needed to find a lawyer I felt confident would represent me well. I went to seven different lawyers accompanied by my brother, before speaking to Mr. Graves. I heard all similar things from the seven previous lawyers. They all seemed more interested in getting paid then proving my innocence. My first meeting with Mr. Graves we spoke for about two hours about my options and what his plan of attack would be. I felt very comfortable in his skills, ability and experience. My brother who accompanied me during this process felt Mr. Graves was the best for the job. My case dragged on for almost a year and each step of the way Mr. Graves kept me updated. He was very prepared for different scenarios that might have risen and gathered as much information about the case as he could. After almost a whole year of dealing with my case it ended with a dismissal! I could not have been more joyous and relieved and I owed it all to Daryl Graves.
