Lobby said closed till noon..... Came at 12:30. Not open. Went through drive through. Missing an order of hash browns. Lobby closed and long lines so I didn't bother going back through. Employee said short staffed so lobby closed🤷🏼‍♀️ not sure what different that makes. But we needed a restroom. Over all dissatisfied

Worse Dunkin I've been to, lobby closed in the mornings huge line at drive thru everyday, the absolute worse one in town!!!!

I go to order my coffee this morning in the drive-thru and I'm told there's no large iced coffee cups. I'm offered an alternative and decide to go with a medium iced coffee French vanilla cream and sugar. It's my turn in the drive-thru window I hand over my form of payment. I'm giving my form of payment back with a receipt, And then asked if I only want cream and sugar? This surprises me at first but yes I wanted cream and sugar. Not realizing she wasn't paying attention and forgot the French vanilla. I then asked her if she put French vanilla in my coffee? To where her reply to me was no I didn't know you wanted it. But I can fix that and put French vanilla in your coffee. She does some fumbling around and then pokes her head back out and asks me if I want swirl or not. At this point I'm frustrated for the inability to follow simple directions when an order was placed.
