Great, knowledgeable staff but a lackluster availability of parts. The shelves seem consistently empty and they lack some pretty basic provisions for the average mechanic.

This store is a catastrophic. The manager should be retrained or let go. Tired of hearing covid is to blame. The other autozones in the area seem to be doing fine despite covid. This store has like a 40% out of stock rate. I'm told everything is on the premises, they just don't have time to put it on the shelf. Either the manager doesn't know or doesn't care. I'm pretty sure the manager knows.

I went to autozone on 240th in Kent. It was fifteen minutes before the store closed and they were still serving customers but they wouldn't allow me to get a can of car paint. I'd call that less then desirable customer service.

This place is horrible after 5pm. Only stop during the day when Managers are there, then you get good help hereand there..at night whole diffent story if I could give a negative star I would..and when Managers are gone, they close early 20mins sometime 30mins before closing, they also close the store doors 15mins early and leave. Also don't dare ask them to simply test a battery that you carry in cause they will tell you "uh.. we're closing" as you look at the clock and its 45mins before closing.. no line, hardly anyone in there but oh.. no they can't help you at all!! I'm even under warranty, and all I wanted was jus to check my battery and if it was bat to exchange it, and if I miss the warranty date because these two ladies wanna go home early.. I'm not gonna be a happy customer. And I'm not a happy customer. Twice now, I've tried to just get a battery check and was sent away 20-30mins before closing, i even brought it into the store! Disconnect and everything and as I was figuring out what to do while placing the battery back in the car, these two lady's leave the store and lock it up and go home for the night as more people wanted to pick stuff up.. this store I'm sure has lost lot of money from these night closers who don't care about their job, they jus want a check.

No not at all and they never have done something like that
No. They close at 9 or 10 pm.
Your best bet is to either call the store, or go to their website.
Um well that would depend on what make/model of car it's for, and on which brand of battery you choose to get.... If you simply goto they're website it's easy to figure out.
