We came in today to celebrate a birthday and we're met with awesome service! The owner was so kind and welcoming. He was also very patient with our three olds as they picked out their flavors and toppings. It was refreshing to be greeted by someone who was happy to be there and appreciated the joy of two toddlers who were on a very exciting ice cream trip. We will definitely be returning again!

Can not get Caramel Pecan Clusters. Tried many times. I understand there is a new owner and am reviewing on the assumption that they will have these in stock..I tried so many times because they are the best here. The new owner says they will have them!

Hi and thank you for asking - our team follows the Monroe County and NYS departments of health regulations and we also follow generally accepted best practices. There are also several cold stone creamery franchise requirements and guidelines that we are abide by as well. These are all quite numerous but followed. Cold stone does have gift cards. You can get them at cold stone or at most grocery stores gift card section.
We are a retail store. Candy and caramel apples are made at various times during the week.
