Picked up a 26' here . Lady working the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. When I dropped the truck off 1100 miles later in Arkansas, I realized that some one at the webster location had messed up the starting mileage and put 73,200 miles instead of 74,200 so I was charged an extra $455 for the mileage, however uhual issued me a full refund of the $455 and made it right which I was super surprised about. The truck was very nice and clean

The hours on the internet says open when we got here there was no one here store was closed. How can they just leave when knew people was coming in to pick up a Uhaul.

I've rented trucks here many times in the past. I've never had an issue with being able to get what I wanted, and all were clean, easy to drive and had sufficient power for the loads being transported. The staff always quickly processes me in and out.

I had a reservation for a 17 foot truck a week before the 31 of July at another location. They changed it to July 30 with no warning 2 days before my reservation. So I tried this location that said available but a customer representative from U-Haul would contact before 6pm on Friday. Ok so I waited till 5:45pm to hear that the truck I was promised from U-Haul online wasn't available within 50 miles from my location. What? would the online service say it's available if it's not? She got snobby with me and started interrupting me as I was explaining it to her. Then said it was impossible. Then said she was hanging up on me and canceling the order. Thank you that really helps. Great customer service. NEVER going to use U-Haul again.
