The Avery Theater is a wonderful place to see community and school plays, in addition to travelling shows and the occasional date night movie. The historic building is beautiful, and is a credit to the hard work the Scott Valley Theatre Company does to keep it running. When putting on shows there, I have found the staff to be delightfully helpful and extremely professional for such a communty establishment. My only concern is the less-than-perfect wiring, but that is more due to a lack of funds than any problems. A truly wonderful venue.

While it may not be the easiest to get into, it is wheelchair accessible, and the staff are extremely helpful in accommodating the audience's needs.
