Linda (larger white older woman) gave me the absolute worst service ever. They gave me the wrong food and as we pulled back around to correct the mistake, she told me that is not what I ordered and was refusing to correct it. She argued with me and had a horrible attitude, rolled her eyes and practically threw the new order back into my car. I will NEVER be returning to this location and If I could give a 0 rating I would.

I’ve had bad experiences with this KFC almost every time i have gone within the past year. Almost every time something is wrong, and when I go through again to let them know, the manager (heavier, older woman) is very rude and argumentative. I have tried to file a complaint about her specifically, but that resulted in her calling me and telling me that “none of her staff is like that” when its her thats the issue. I went there tonight on my way home from work and ordered a large fries. What i got was not a full large fries, as well as tons of chicken bits mixed into it. I also had to go back through because they forgot my sauces (which i paid for) but i unfortunately didn’t notice the fries until i was already home. I tried to call, but received no answer. The customer support here literally doesn’t exist. They don’t do anything to fix an issue they create, and get mad at you for asking them to do so. All they do is say “sorry about that” on reviews, or tell me I’m wrong in person or over the phone. Really want to keep coming here cuz it’s the only KFC close by, but that manager (that everyone keeps complaining about in the reviews) makes it a horrible experience.

I have in the past had a great experience with Greece KFC and what I consider the best KFC in the entire area. The food has always been great and the service has been too. That is until today. I went through the drive through and as usual I tried to place my order. I had an extremely difficult time hearing the attendant because there was music blasting in the background. I also had difficulty ordering because of to this, as well. I finally got to the window and I spoke with the staff person about my experience. My concern was met with an extremely disrespectful response. I got my food and left. Because of my numerous positive experiences my first response was to continue to return there in the future. My thought was to inform the manager so this wouldn't happen again either to me or any other customer. Long story short, this guy was the manager! Never returning to this place again.
