My pizza was dark almost burnt. Called to let them know. He told me that's how they cook it. I order pizza twice a week there. Really!!! So i guess i have to find somewhere else to go. Its sad because i like there pizza. Dont like mt.read location. Customer service sucks

I ordered a sheet pizza last night the lady on the phone got my whole order wrong so i called and they sent me a new pizza 1st thing today and this time they did the order right and it was very good.

We ordered and gave card info over the phone. Standard 45-60 minute wait. After almost an hour and a half called waited on hold for 15 minutes while they scrambled to figure out who took the order. Came back and said no one answered the door. When called out admitted they delivered to the wrong address amd cancelled the order...What I get for being lazy and not wanting to pick up from Carbones. Last time ordering with you. So many better options and better food elsewhere ✌️

The quality and quantity of the food is no longer worth ordering from them. $32 for 20 mozzarella sticks 2 days ago. They have switched who they purchase them from. They were smaller than the Farm Rich mozzarella sticks and the cheese was all on the outside, the sticks were all fried together and they were so hard. Definitely not edible. I called to complain and whomever I spoke to was very kind and understanding. They sent a new, fresh order out to us but they were still not able to be eaten. Thank you Mark's for years of service but you have lost our business due to the quality of food.
