I just went 4/19/22 at 9:55 AM and I have to say this is the worst service I’ve ever had from there. They need to bring the old crew back that does a good job. They rush you through don’t even let you finish talking on the speaker and then when you get to the window you’ll get a rude little orange haired girl. When you ask a question she looks at you like what the eff. I must say I was highly disappointed this morning and the fact that my coffee lid was not on and spilled all over my desk should tell you everything!

This Dunkin is...okay. When I went to order what I would normally get, even though it was fairly early in the morning, it seemed like they were out of a lot. The staff also didn't seem very friendly during my visit there. It's not enough to make me not want to go back, but I also wasn't overly impressed.

Donuts - It definitely brings Smile 😄for kids and for people like me. One of the recent added menu - the omelette bites. It tastes so delicious. The mocha is the recent favorite. The place was neat and tidy. They had a great customer service and the food was delivered with great care. Great place- at the Brighton Henrietta town line road.

I started going to this one because it is close to work. I have to say, I love this dunkin. My order is always ready. The staff is so friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. It is always clean. I use my Togo app all the time for this place. Never a issue with it being down. Fast friendly service even when going through drive thru.
