This hotel smelled of a locker room of wet and dirty towels and also trash. Come to find out it is because they do not pick up dirty towels or trash at all during your stay. We had been there for 4 nights and by the 3rd night had a pile high of wet/dirty towels and overflowing trash. I called the front desk to request fresh clean towels and was told they would send someone to bring me some. I waited an hour or more until I finally had to go down to the front desk and ask again and the front desk service representative did not seem to know anything or want to give me towels. Finally the manager came out and said they don’t give clean towels until your 3rd day there but said I could have some then. So they gave me 2 towels. We woke up the next morning which was the 3rd day staying there and thought by the time we would be gone exploring the area our room would be restocked with clean towels, the pile high of wet/dirty towels and the over flowing trash would all be taking care of but when we came back it was not. No one ever even came in our room to do anything. I was so frustrated so my husband took care of it himself. We pay for this all to be taken care of and never recieved any service. Even the ice machine room smelled so badly that I had to hold my breath because it made me so sick. The trash can in there was also overflowing and their was a full bag of trash on the floor next to it. Also the breakfast food was not very good and the breakfast sandwiches were like rubber. Then the jets to the hot tub didn’t work and the pool looked dirty. Also the workout room felt like a sauna.

Service so exceeded our expectations. We were busy with a wedding and the staff (Lilly) met our every need. You have a very nice clean and up to date property. The rooms are well appointed and tasteful. The proximity to things is New Buffalo area is prime. The service is what sets it apart. Every little need was met with kindness and patience. Thanks you

We understand the status of the world right now with shortages of staff and experienced that everywhere we went on that vacation from shops to restaurants. Our hotel was clearly struggling with the same. However our room was nice and clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The provided breakfast was tasty and filling, and the dining nook was clean. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Everything during our stay went well. The room was very nice and clean. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. As with most businesses now, the team is understaffed; however, they are truly hustling and working hard to make your stay as nice as possible. Their hard work and dedication showed, and more importantly, their patience with guest requests. That extra effort matters.
