Customer service is awful. In the last few months, we had a delivery that was scheduled, but no one at the store actually activated it, so it didn't show up. When I tried to talk to customer service (in person), the service person tried to pawn me off on anyone else, no one would stick around to talk to me. When I finally got a manager involved, they rescheduled the delivery, which again didn't show up and we had to call back. The delivery finally occurred 6 days after it was originally scheduled, which was a real bummer since we'd taken a week off of work to do the work with the items. A bit later, we ordered some chairs for the deck, and one was broken. After talking to customer service, a pick up and refund was scheduled. 5 weeks after the defective item was supposed to be picked up, 3 un-answered e-mails later, I went back in, talked to a manager, who again noted that no one had activated the pick up or the refund. She then rescheduled pick up for the next day, and set it to reorder the set so we could get new chairs. Well, the chairs got picked up almost 2 weeks ago, calls to the service desk to check on the status of the new chairs go to the void (I've been passed to 3 people just trying to get to the woman I dealt with before). I've been on hold for 15 minutes now as they try to track her down; it's the second call today--the first one I was told "get in line, there are 2 other calls she isn't picking up, and 3 people in line waiting to talk to her at the desk."

Very nice bathroom. And the employees were okay. Great i should say. I'm just generally happy when i get to use a bathroom without being suspect for thievery. I don't think i was followed in for loss prevention purposes. I don't know if i was followed in at all. I just keep my back pack on my back and walk straight to the bathroom so if anyone was watching I can't really be suspicious. And when i was done, i sipped on some water at the fountain before departing out from the site i had entered. The door was slow, but it opened. Thanks again

Going the Extra Mile: I've had two recent shopping Experiences with Lowe's that gave me faith that "Trying Harder Service" is not a lost art in today's -- full of excuses world typical average to poor service. Props to Bob in Lighting and Chase & Gale in Kitchen Appliances. Bob went out of his way to run back to the front of the store before I walked out to let me know he tracked down the Lighting expert I needed and was ready to help. It would have been so easy for Bob to simply not care because I walked away. Jim was great in helping solve my problem. Then just yesterday Chase and Gale helped me with a difficult task of loading a heavy and awkward fitting box into my car. They were patient, super courteous and dedicated to ensuring I was fully satisfied. Great Job Lowe's of Issaquah!!

I go to Lowes because they have good deals sometimes and often some hard to find things like a specific odd sized screw. But the customer service is terrible there, I rarely try to go. I placed an online order to save time, went in the next day to pick it up, and I waited at the online order pick up desk for 15 minutes as the only customer, because 'the guy' that runs the desk was on a lunch break without any coverage, and the one other person at the customer service desk was too bogged down with other customers returning stuff to even look my direction. Another time, I ordered a washer dryer combo, and the sales person added all the wrong accessories to the order. So when the delivery/ installation people arrived, they couldn't hook up anything.

I agree. Your customer service is terrible. You cannot get through to anyone. I wonder how much money they loose when their customer service is lacking?. Try like before when you had an operator to answer each phone. As a retired Lowes employee I was told the customer is our number 1 priority. Don’t think so. Understaffed? Lowes has always use that explanation. I am not directing this to the employees because your our working them with no help and low moral. Quit using excuses and pick up these stores to the greatness they once were.
This store has amazing customer service, I have never had a problem finding help or a manager when needed.
If you ask for help from an employee, he will come within 1 foot of you face and breath on you while they talk. I guess social distance means get as close as you can to these people.
if you like 2nd hand plants on the verge of death - they're great.
Why not just ring and ask? You'll get opinion round here but not necessarily fact.
Home depot Is Not more DIY friendly. they're the same. And Yes.
I don't think even Lowes knows that. Maybe they don't have a manager, they don't seem to want any employees to help people.
