Would stay again! Staff makes all the difference! The gal who checked us in was NOT accommodating at all. Bordered on rude. The next front desk gal who came in was amazing and bent over backward to accommodate. It was our first stay, and based on first desk clerk, probably would of gone elsewhere next trip, but thankfully, because of next gal who took over, we will def stay again. Hotel clean, room great (only complaint was our room had no fridge or microwave which we counted on) pool/hot tub clean. Breakfast nice too! Good location.

Staff was awesome. Pool/hot tub are decent. The woman who ran the breakfast area on the 4th of July 2022 was freaking awesome!! She provided great service beyond what you'd expect at this facility. Rooms are very outdated, haven't changed since this location was built. TVs and remote are frustratingly slow. It was clean though.

Absolute dump. The Motel 6 nearby Notre Dame (just 30 min away) is nicer than this place. The shower was dirty, the baseboards around the shower were all water damaged, the furniture was beat to hell, the bathroom sink faucet was loose, there was untouched dust in many places. On top of this, the front desk felt it appropriate to charge my sister $120 more for the same exact room literally next to mine just because she missed a wedding block by one day. She lives in the UK and wasn't sure if she could make the wedding until that day. You'd think a hotel that was in this unkempt, gross state wouldn't be so elitist and instead opt to be fair and nice. Regarding this hotel's selfish response, I have had this exact situation before (booked on Expedia) and the hotel resolved it by refunding the difference. The "you used a 3rd party booking service" as an excuse to be unfair and greedy is painfully bad. My sister - who had to CALL your exact location to get the discounted rate from the UK - tried calling and was left on hold. International calls are expensive. She isn't rich. She shouldn't have had to pay $120 more for the EXACT SAME ROOM just because she booked outside of some arbitrary window. She was part of the wedding party, she should get the wedding price. End of discussion. And I love how the fact my room was worse than a Motel 6 wasn't addressed in their response. Just "call an 800 number and be gone".

This location is a gem. Easy to get to and near the casino. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable with the softest sheets! Clean and roomy bathroom. Would stay here again next time I travel to Chicago!
