Every time I call the clinic, on one answers and there is no voicemail. The phone just keeps ringing and I had to call Kroger to page them to answer the phone.

Yesterday, I realized that I may have misjudged. The customer service here is actually really great. They have their days but be kind to them because they need it. We never know what they are going through and the things they see day to day. Compliment their work ethic and give them a change of heart.

Nothing serous, just a sinus infection but I couldn't get in to see my regular doc right away. Was a bit leery but it turned out to be a good experience -minimal check in procedure and I was seen right away. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained the different options well. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease.

I was in there the other day and it was easily some of the worst service I’ve ever received. From the beginning, I was left waiting out at the desk for 10 minutes before someone came to help me and check me in. The wait to get in wasn’t terrible, but the nurse practitioner I had was terrible. I don’t know if she was trying to be the funny and “cool” person to a college student, but she was cussing, saying really strange comments, and made me and my boyfriend extremely uncomfortable while making weird comments in the room. At the end, she hadn’t told me what I had, what medicine I was receiving, or even how many times to take it. I will never go back to this location again. I’m still sick and I’m going to see a real doctor tomorrow because her diagnosis has done nothing.
