We order 2 pizzas . The cheese pizza was overcooked. The pepperoni pizza cheese was overcooked but the crust did not look baked enough. The staff were very kind and the pizzas came out very fast

Hot and ready, NOT. They may have been short staffed because there was no 'ready' pizzas. The taste was good but the Penfield location is the best overall!!

Ordered 2 pizzas from here through the app, order receipt lists 2, billed for 2 but only received one. Cost me lots time and hassle to get a refund through their helpdesk, calling 3 times and on hold for ages.

The worst place we have ever been too. Waited almost an hour for food. Was lied to and watched the food I was waiting on go out the door with others that ordered a considerable time after me. I asked what the time stamp on my pizza was and the front counter girl said you have been waiting a long time I asked again to be told the time and the manager who was the worst manager I have ever encountered told me I was not to talk to her employee like that. Still no one told me what time I ordered. Was treated poorly and then given cold pizza which had been sitting on the counter the whole time waiting for the crazy bread they kept giving to everyone else. When asked for the owners contact information or for corporate the manger said I don't know figure it out yourself. My wife went in after I came out to get names and was told I don't know why you people think I'm going to get in trouble. Wrote down her first name (maybe) and told her to go online to figure it out. An hour for hot and ready for it to be cold. I have never seen an establishment run so poorly. Management needs to be changed the assistant manager which we ran into in the parking lot was polite didn't offer any help but at least was polite. Don't go here it's not worth it. Everyone that came out said it was horrible and disorganized. Find another store or go the 5 mins to Wegmans. Only got 1 star because google makes you. Believe me when I say don't waste your money.
