They never answer the phone and they don't pay attention to customers at the front counter. I literally stood there for 12 minutes and was looked at several times by employees before someone decided to ask me what I needed. The one manager does nothing but complain about customers coming through the drive thru and she has a nasty attitude. There's only one person I've encountered at the Lyell Avenue store that is a sweet kid. I don't know his name, but he is definitely overwhelmed and over worked, and takes on more responsibility than he should while the manager sits and hides in the drive thru window while he tries to fix all the messed up orders. The DM/GM/Owner needs to revamp that store ASAP.

Been here a few times without issues but most recently I got a pizza that looked like something had fell on it before they boxed it up. Big marks left on half the pizza leaving it inedible. Wish I took a picture at the time.

When I went to pay for my order (around $7), they did not have change for the $20 bill I tried to pay with. I had to leave and find somewhere else to get pizza. Really, a $20?? I get it if I paying with a $100 bill, or something large like that. But a 20!!??
