If I could give 0 stars I would. People stay away from this place. Manager and employees are very very rude. The store is always unorganized and a mess. There are always 2 or 3 of the employees out front at a time smoking cigarettes for up to a half hour. Reeks like smoke In the store. You’ll be lucky if you have any one at the counter when you are ready to check out. You may have to wait 10-15 minutes while they finish their cig breaks.

The selection of items is not very good at the moment. There are a lot of empty shelves. There was only one associate working and the wait in line to be cashed out was tremendously long.

Bigger than the pownal store, however not as great customer service. Theyre helpful and nice but they dont go that extra step that is much appreciated feom the pownal location. Not missing much from the pownal location anyways, just probably not as much toys.
