Excellent customer service. I rent regularly from the Bennington office of Enterprise. The new manager, Carter Schroff, clearly cares about his customers and cares about the company he works for. Enterprise chose well in placing him here. The rest of the local staff friendly and efficient. If you need to rent a car this is the place to go.

I rented a compact vehicle to go to VA. with from VT.. which was a 7 1/2 hr. Trip. On my way home 2 hours away from my house a mechanical light came on, saying there was a mastery disfunction. Luckily I didnt have any problems for the rest of the trip but I was unsure If the car would make it. I called the next day when the store opened to tell them about the issue, and was still deducted 50.00 on my deposit! I'm still unsure why! I dont think I'm ever going to use this company again. If you rent from them make sure you know prior to your trip that the car is mechanically sound. That was my mistake renting from Enterprise. With a 300.00 dollar deposit you would think there wouldnt be any issues.

I'm apauled and flabbergasted with the rental I was given! I was given a death trap! My elderly mother, young children and not to mention myself were given a vehicle with BALD TIRES, Rear windows would not roll up in the freezing weather, couldn't see out the front windshield, Rear defrost didn't work, the vehicle made a loud squeal upon starting it, the vehicle bounced because of bad tires, I was without a vehicle that I've been charged for and couldn't use for (3) three days. My family and I were stuck inside our room our entire trip that cost us a fortune and had to wait (3) three days before getting a replacement when I was promised another vehicle the next day! That never happened! No-one wanted to help and kept passing the buck to the next person! I was given a trip interruption that was suppose to cover my food, extra days I'd spent stuck in our room and also reimbursed windshield fluid...That Never happened! I've yet to hear from anyone! Not a manager... no-one! No credit or apology...Nothing! And MY FAMILY WAS PUT IN DANGER!!! Everyone was surprised that we made it to our destination including the Enterprise in Vermont...As am I. The Enterprise in Vermont were shocked that I was given a vehicle with bald tires! We're very lucky to be alive!!! I've pictures also to back my claim! BEWARE! DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE! IF YOU DO... MADE SURE IT'S NOT FROM THE BRANDON FLORIDA LOCATION OFF CAUSEWAY BLVD.!!!
