This is like a B-school textbook example of a dying store. Everything about it screams that they're out of money for the basics--demo products don't work or are just missing, especially in technology; they're dreadfully understaffed and staff is completely unmotivated. Then there's the physical space. It's completely filthy and run down. Shelves are broken, the floors are destroyed, there's evidence of a basic lack of maintenance everywhere. If you went into a Blockbuster Video about five years ago, it looked like this. Shameful and inexcusable.
