They expect tenants to handle emergency maintenance situations with zero help from maintenance crew members. They will not reimburse For hotels stays when your apartment is not liveable and they take months to put you in a new apartment. They also do not safe hazardous materials clean up, instead the force the tenant to clean up.

Awesome apartments. Went to visit a friend & was very impressed by the cleanliness n upkeep of the the grounds and dwelling that my friend I went to visit. Only bad thing is his wife made tuna for lunch and I don't eat fish so I had to eat steak and eggs. And it was a T-bone. What a tragedy right??? 🤣😂🤣. Naw fr though, Id live there

My family and I have been in our apartment for about 2 years now. Many things have had to be replaced because of basic wear and tear and the staff has fixed them fairly quickly. I will say however they don’t ever answer the phones and they take their time calling you back if they do at all. They do basic maintenance on the property but there are several things that need to be addressed that they don’t seem to care to much about. Even tho they don’t have a very strict breed policy the pet deposits are outrageous. The rent is too high for the quality of apartment you get. They desperately need to be renovated. I don’t expect to get any of our deposits back when we move just based on our experiences here even tho I keep a clean home and our pet is well behaved. And the new kicker is that they don’t accept packages from usps at the office anymore. So if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox or it’s not delivered by ups or fedex you have to go to the post office which may not seem like a big inconvenience but when you have only one vehicle and your husband has an erratic work schedule makes it difficult to get there in the business hours. Needless to say it’s not worth it. there are much better/cheaper/cleaner complexes in the area. And college street is a nightmare traffic wise the majority of the day. My family and I can’t wait to move. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is the breed policy for dogs which is why I think a lot of people end up here. Please try to save yourself many headaches.
