Not to impressed here. Asked customer service where somethings were, it's in outside area (it's a big area)had to ask a second person. Second item some where in the back around 24. Well that didn't work out either. A different second person sent me to 15, right isle but didn't have what I asked for. No one seemed in any hurry to help anyone. Think I will go a little out of my way next time & go to Home Depot.

Father's day. 1045 AM. They had the wood and supplies i needed. They could not find anyone to operate the saw to cut my boards. We waited while they paged over and over for 40 minutes. One nice employee tried but he did not know how to work the saw. Time to start paying a better wage to get better employees. I do appreciate those that work retail..

Bought a storage cabinet there and while not cheap, they were still better priced than everywhere else and they also had it in stock which others didn't. Bought online for pickup and when I arrived I checked in with them to make sure it was up front or so they could bring it up front while I did a little more shopping. But when I came up later no one had done anything about it and I had to wait another 15 minutes before somebody brought it to the front of the store. Not a good impression.

Terrible experience yet again. We will not be shopping here in the future. We ordered two toilets for pickup, only to find that the boxes wouldn't both fit in the car. Rather than do two round trips, we decided to have them delivered. We were told they would be delivered Friday. Come Friday, no delivery. We called to find out what happened, and were informed that the delivery couldn't happen until Saturday. That was fine because our plumber wasn't scheduled until Tuesday. On Saturday, a truck showed up to deliver... ONE of the toilets. Apparently the two toilets that we SAW at the store, were suddenly unavailable, and the order had to be split and come from two different stores. We were assured that they would do everything they could to get us the toilet on Sunday. Waited all day Sunday. No toilet. Late in the afternoon on Monday, I finally had to reschedule the plumber for a few weeks out, and so we decided to cancel the order with Lowes and use those two weeks to find replacement toilets from a more... reliable company. This is where the SECOND part of the circus comes in... We called to cancel the order (we only have one toilet at this point) and were told that a refund was issued for the one that had not been delivered. When I checked our credit card, a refund was issued for less than a third of the amount we were charged. We called AGAIN and were told that this was only the tax and the delivery charge??? And that the actual refund portion would take 3-10 business days after the delivered toilet was picked up on Saturday. Then, because this company has it together, they showed up on that FRIDAY to pick up the toilet, and then AGAIN on Saturday......... And we still have not been issued a refund. I will never ever order from Lowes again. This is so far beyond ridiculous.
