I had such a good experience seeing my new primary care physician for the first time. Dr. Gibbs is the very definition of a caring doctor. The facility is super clean and roomy. I'm so grateful to have this doctor as my new primary.

While the facility is beautiful and nurses very kind, I can still only leave a one-star review based on my experiences thus far. On my first visit when the receptionist asked for my insurance I informed them I am on TriCare. When I spoke with the doctor later on in my appointment she asked me why I didn't have health insurance and if I would be paying out of pocket. I informed her I was on TriCare and she said she would address the issue and have it updated to show my insurance. A week later I received a bill for almost $200 that said I was not insured. That aside, the individuals had been very nice so I decided to schedule a virtual visit to establish a primary in the hope that it was just a simple error. I had my virtual visit on 12/31 and informed the Doctor I needed a medication refill as I had been out for 2 days and she told me she would get it called in. When I went to the pharmacy later that day they informed me nothing had been called in. Assuming things were busy from the holiday, I stopped by the pharmacy again on 1/3 in attempt to pick up my prescription - and still it hadn't been called in. On 1/7 I called the pharmacy to see if anything had been called in and guess what? It hadn't. This is not just simple error. This is a blatant problem with listening and communicating. As such I will be looking elsewhere for my healthcare needs and suggest others do the same.

I love my provider & it is a very friendly office. However, I was in for a visit recently and they had "self rooming". I understand we need to social distance, however, the idea of self rooming is very impersonal and it left me walking the hallway to find my room. Also, all the doors are closed .... so I have to touch the door handles to open and close the door. We are all wearing masks, so self rooming is not effective when I have to grab door handles.

Excellent, friendly and attractive clinic. Good selection of medical staff with expertise areas listed for help in choosing the best person. On-site lab and immediate care section. This is an extremely nice clinic that is well equipped and reasonably fast.
