As for the complex, it’s just another company trying to make money off low-income folks with high heat bills during winter due to bad insulation and towing people parking who park on fake Fire lines when not providing enough parking spots to begin with (they were not there when apt was built, some lines make sense and some they painted to be a money maker). Some of these plant areas could’ve been parking spaces. People with the audacity to request reserved spots and car port and not use them. Harassing tenants is another thing. Poor folks trying to get by. Old mgmt was better.

Do not live here! Awful neighbors which nothing was done about, we ended up having to literally abandon our apartment because our neighbor was threatening to kill us and our new baby. Management told us we would have to pay the contract cancellation fee and still pay rent for the next month because it was policy. Oh and we still haven’t gotten our deposit back and it’s almost been a year, every time we call someone makes an excuse.

We just had a fire inspection and the maintenance guy who came in with the inspectors was high!! He made me feel very uncomfortable. The inspectors were nice and professional. I will not allow the maintenance guy back in my apartment. The office staff is ok, and the apartments are clean but mediocre. James is the maintenance person - will not contact office I am not getting involved.

Here to be honest. Most of the community(neighbors) are nice but for it being a smoke free property the apartment still smells like smoke from others smoking in their apartment. I saw a review about maintenance stealing and I can confirm that I have had loose change and bills disappear from my counter top after a work order. Only one who has been in my home is the squirrelly looking one. Jamie I think?. The other younger one is really nice and polite when I’ve seen him around. I avoid the office at all cost due to office staff not being friendly, or extremely fake when they are. It seems any question or concern we have takes up to much of their time even if it’s just for a moment.
