If I could give 0 starts I would. The food was disgusting. I ordered sweet & sir chicken sauce on the side, and this is what I got. The girl used a spoon and scooped from the bottom of the pan instead of tongs and the majority of what I got was crumbs. When paying that price, you shouldn't get crumbs. The sauce came in a box with pineapple and peppers in it. They use to give it in a little black cup. Nope a box. I'm allergic to peppers so by the time we got home (15 mile's) and noticed it, I wasn't going all the way back. I will never order there again

The on the floor sales staff are great, everybody seems to be in a good mood for the most part, even given the fact it doesnt seem like theres ever enough people actually staffed and working, but with the many safety hazzards, somewhat baren shelves, graffitti in the bathrooms, ridiculous corporate price gouging, and inconsiderate and rude management (although Alexa the Grocery Manager was very polite and helpful which was a welcome change for this store) and lack of grocery carts or handbaskets for customers to use, my overall experiences here have been decent to say the least. But hey, it could be worse, they arent Wal-Mart. Overall, a 50/50 chance you will have a pleasant experience.

No customer service. I visited early so a big selection of fresh bakery options was available. There donut case had donuts but only 3 muffins. I asked for more muffins but the women (no men baker staff) were refused because they didn't want to open "a box" from which they arrive. It didn't make sense that a display case wasn't stocked for customers like myself to select from and have to rely on the good grace of an available baker to make that selection for me somewhere out of my sight! They were rude after I asked for the types of muffins to choose from. Why would i know what type I wanted? Then, using the self checkout, the attendant seemed annoyed about my lack of understanding how to exploit their store app to reduce the price from a digital coupon. Honestly, they aren't interested in selling more than not being interrupted to help a customer do what employees use to do to sell from the shelves. Next, I'll be asked to meet the produce truck to avoid their expense of hiring people to stock their shelves.

Personable staff, and some nice customers, too. Nice to meet random people every so often. Good selection of certain foods I can't find anywhere else, but sad that the blueberry Quaker oats are no longer there... Easily my top fave oatmeal.

Yes there is. However the wait times for picking up can be ridiculous. Many others in town that wont make you stand in line for upwards of 30 minutes. Not exaggerating. I have used Safeway in our previous city for the last ten years. But the line times at this one are too much. I personally use Rite-Aid now and they have a drive thru. Never waited more then 5 minutes there.
I use a walker and The regular bus line goes right near the store. But I have Gray's Harbor transit van service. You will want to check on that. Call Gray's Harbor Transit. You have to apply, and it's a dollar each time you get on, but it's door to door service. It's for the disabled. They accept walkers, wheelchairs, scooters. Etc. It's so great in the wintertime!! Safeway really is a great store. They treat you very well and are so accommodating. I was just there this morning!! The very best of luck to you!!

They had someone climb the building and ended up causing a gas leak. Everything dairy has to go and they have to restock.

Safeway's vendors stock according to location and by the amount of product sold, the best way to find out what kind of beer that individual location sells would be to call them directly. Their staff are efficiently trained and knowledged to know what products are available.
In order to change you're number you should speak with a representative from you're phone company if it's a mobile phone you could probably dial 611, otherwise when you recieve a bill there should be a number for the company. Simply ask the rep. about changing the number.
I think to get your answer to this concerning issue, you will have a better resolution of you sell out the manager of the store. They can resolve your issue directly. I'm sorry to hear your experience with Safeway...
