Check in was quick and thorough. Was called back quickly to a room. Was very impressed with how kind and fast my treatment was completed. Plenty of parking. Clinic was clean, relaxing but very professional looking.

I have had nothing but great experiences with silver falls dermatology in Aberdeen. They have been able to accommodate my scheduling requests and have been successful at getting my treatment approved by my insurance company, which was no easy task. My questions have always been answered thoroughly and in a way that was NOT condescending. Above all my psoriasis is rapidly on the mend. I was desperate for help and they came through. I saw some negative comments on old reviews and can only assume that those people were self-entitled idiots because this place is great. Dr Smith really knows what she's doing and her staff is welcoming and competent. Furthermore they are easy to contact regardless of what other reviewers said. If there calls were not accepted I'm sure it was directly related to they way they spoke to staff.

They are the worst and unfortunately there is not other place within 3 hours that my child can go to. They evidently have no phone number and you have to call their Oregon main number to have them attempt to call the Aberdeen office only to not get any answers. (Even LabCorp 2 doors down won't even call they walk down to get answers.) My child is on a monthly prescription and they take forever and make the deadline on the last day it's available or they send it to the wrong pharmacy and fail to tell me. They tell you it gets easier the next month lol that's a lie. It's maintained full difficulty every month. I have to call the Dr office, LabCorp, ipledge and the pharmacy. It's such a hassle. If you don't mind the drive go to Tacoma or Seattle.
