I'm reading reviews on here and am so sad that Sadie had a bad experience. I am a cashier here and we are taught that if there is a sign DIRECTLY in front of a product, we Honor that price! (Unless it is ink/toner, but even then, I'd sincerely apologize and change the price sign immediately)... because it is our fault that we didn't change the sign or update it to the current price!

They were pleasant and helpful when I called to check availability. Sadly, it wasn't so cool when I got there. The product I wanted had two sale price signs directly in front of the display boxes. Seems like a good deal. I thought, I'll get 2. However, when I went to purchase, I was told the price is higher and then told the sale price was for an older version of the product. When I asked about availability of the older version, I was told that product is not available. Feels like the old bait and switch routine. When I politely suggest that they shouldn't have signs indicating the price is $204.99 in front of product they charge $224.99. He disagreed and said the sign has a different number on it. It probably did. The product number was too small to read easily. Meanwhile other staff who were just standing around mocked me for saying something about it. Bait and switch is not cool whether it's $20 or a whole lot more. I will go elsewhere in the future. Actually I already did.

If you have been to a Staples there will be no surprises here,and thats a good thing. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is kept clean and well stocked. If Staples carries it chances are they will have it in stock. The parking is easy with plenty of room and the store is conveniently located next to the main route through town.

I mostly just use the copy center, but have been more than satisfied with the service and the product. They are always willing to spend the time to work with me to make sure I get what I need for our business.The copy center is always busy since there are very few other choices in town. The staff manages the print jobs and often unreasonably impatient customers very well.

All employees are masked, they require masks on the customers, and require social distancing. They also have curbside pickup. All in all they're doing great!

For the rewards program - 10 a month. Has to be within 180 days of an ink purchase to get a reward..
