Advance uses a high quality diagnostic tool to scan vehicles computer. Doesn't seem like a big deal but they printed out the part needed and reassued me the repair is simple and inexpensive. They didn't have to do that but did. I left with confidence along with a sense of relief. That's why I always go or call this location first. Thank you for the time spent providing great service!

The workers here are not just knowledgeable but really care about thier customers! One of the employees shawn help me today not only did he explain in detail about what was going on with my battery, he saw a gentleman literal pushing a car towards advanced auto. His first reaction was to go and help out getting this person into the parking lot safe. Top notch people that care!

Online ordering with store pick is a easy process that I use at Advanced Auto. You simply go to the website declare the store or enter your Zipcode. The store you select will be where your order is sent, but double check it in case of availability and you weren't redirected. This is a rule of thumb that I employ no matter what site I am on. For me it has cut down on return trips to return wrong items or parts. Each tome I have gone to pick up the order, Pawling Ave. Troy NY employees have bern helpful with additional questions and sometimes without prompt, helpful hacks or info..etc.
