Just a heads up, MacDonalds is no longer offering milkshakes. The milkshakes are still on the menu but they are not available. For both the Latham and Watervliet locations, for months - when attempting to order a shake, they say they do not have them. "Machine is broken", "we took the machine down early (3 PM)". No one could explain why this for months. MacDonalds franchise/corporate regional should publicly disclose they are no longer offering milkshakes. I'm fine if they never offer them again, but tell us so we're not waiting on line for 20 minutes (it will be 20 minutes) only to find out then.

Just went there today, ordered 3 big Mac meals and 20 piece chicken nuggets. The guy who took our order very nice no problems. The girl in the window told us to go to the next window to wait, I was only handed fries and my drinks. Waited by the window for like 10 minutes. Went in and the girl at the window said she gave me my burgers. Don't know if it was the manager or not but she was like I'm not doing this again just give them there burgers. Made me feel like I was be dishonest but come on they acted like I sat there in drive thru and ate them and tried to get more. Very very rude service. They need better people with better attitudes. Went to leave the store and vented out loud and another customer said he was calling to make a complaint to. Guess management needs to go there and evaluate the service.

This McDonald's was ok, it was better to go in then drive through the drive thru but besides that the nuggets were the best thing to order because it taste like chicken not a microwave dinner.

Ok first it is a MickeyDs but this was ridiculous. Used the kiosk fine, receipt runs but it is blank. So I go to the counter and as for a receipt,(needed it to be reimbursed) the only person at the counter tells me the assistant ir shift manager is on the grill and then starts with the attitude. Get the receipt and food. McFlurry is not mixed and fries are dead.
