We always order from here at least once a week. My son’s house also orders from here multiple times a week. Last week we ordered a well done pizza along with other items. The pizza came and it wasn’t even completely cooked. I called and was told I would get a complete credit for the pizza. I called tonight to place an order and was told that the credit was only $4. for a pizza that I had to throw away?? I canceled the order and will never order from there again!! I hope that losing 2 longtime customers is worth it.

Best pizza in Albany. No doubt about it. Very friendly owners. I highly recommend this place. It's small but delicious

Growing up in Troy, I really only had 1 favorite pizza place. That changed tonight when I had Giuseppe's. We tried a half Hawaiian, half margherita, with mild and hot wings. The pizza was great. It was a bit thicker than what I'm used to, but I really liked that. Great flavor and fresh tasting ingredients. The wings were really good too. Perfect level of spice on the hot.. and I even tried some Giuseppe's Inferno sauce, which was so spicy and awesome! The service was the best around here. TJ took my order on the phone. Knowing I was a first time customer, he walked me through what to get for how many people were with me. He's very friendly and helpful. Also, the driver was very friendly too. I'll definitely be ordering from here again!
