Terrible experience living here. They are constantly sending spam emails and having stupid events in the community to justify their crazy rent prices. All for old apartments that are so poorly insulated you will die of heat exhaustion during the summer. Also be ready to be cleaning mold every couple days around your windows during the wet season. They also never answer the office phone unless you say you're a new applicant looking for an apartment. They don't care at all once you have signed a lease and are incredibly rude once they know you're a resident. Definitely would not recommend.

Well kept with new paint on exterior. Seems to be a nice community and friendly staff. I don't live here but I've heard good things from friends.

I lived here a year & they are raising my rent from 1,200 to 1,900 for a one bedroom with mold in my closet & roaches in our apartment. Do not recommend. Move somewhere else.. cause that’s what I’m doing

So overpriced for what you get. Management is so difficult to get in contact with. Walls are as thin as paper. The place is outdated and needs updates. They constantly had maintenance people coming into our apartment during covid to do unnecessary updates that had no benefit to us, very dangerous and irresponsible of them during a pandemic. They try to get as much money out of you as possible. They up charge you on utilities, $120-140 each month where most apartments in the area have a set utility fee each month. BE AWARE they are very sketchy when you move out. We put down a $300 “refundable fee” but it was not actually “refundable” because they charged us a $200 cleaning fee and a $75 carpet cleaning fee so only $25 would actually be “refundable.” BUT then on top of that, they charged us several additional “miscellaneous fees.” On top of them taking all the $300 “refundable” deposit fee, we had to pay additional money when moving out, about $500 total. When receiving our inspection from the apartment it noted “clean apartment but dirty stove top.” So where did the additional move out fees come from?? This place is a money grab. Avoid this place at all costs.
