I ended up staying here for almost a month due to not being able to move into my new place when I was supposed to. The staff was very nice! For as much as I paid I was expecting to have something for breakfast other than carb filled pre-packaged items like Jimmy Dean's sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches every day.

The studio rooms are spacious and laid out well. The location is great, there are loads of food and shops around such as chipotle or Target. The only downside to our stay was the breakfast which was prepackaged heated food such as deep fried empanadas, or egg and ham in a biscuit. During my 3 days there, they always gave us an upset stomach every morning.

I would never recommend this hotel. There was garbage overflowing in the hallway. The staff did not seem to care about issues. There was no hot breakfast. There were a lot of maintenance issues and a maintenance guy that was terrible. The elevator was always disgusting and Not mopped. I stayed there for months and all the rooms have problems: dirty floors, panels off, cabinet doors broken, lose faucets, and the rooms smell musty. The manager and general manager did the least as possible. I finally got my company to move me to a nicer place. They did not value me as a Marriott member.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service, cleanliness of the hotel room and housekeeping services. We checked in quite late (11:30pm) and were greeted by someone that appeared very displeased. Not a friendly welcome at all. The hotel room (1 bedroom) smelled when we arrived and it was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting to the point we had to purchase our own cleaning products to clean. The pull out sofa had old M&M’s and dirty socks tucked inside (under the cushions). The sofa was beyond uncomfortable and there was no way I could put my son or myself through a night sleeping on springs. When asked housekeeping the next day for extra pillows, sheets and duvet cover, we were told that they had none. Whilst I understand that the hotel may have been severely understaffed (the front desk person was also handling what looked like hotel laundry), this level of services was horrifying. It’s smears the Marriott name. I travel frequently on business and pleasure and I can assure you that I will never attempt staying at a Marriott hotel.
