Me and another customer just order chicken nothing els and we waited 15 minutes then I got irritated and told the dude can we get our order the chicken is literally just sitting there

Im sure there were alot more choices on the menu, but all i saw saw shrimp, looking for something different, and a few people waiting, so i did not order or stay, sorry

I ordered an hour ahead of time, got a notification my order was ready, came here on my lunch break and it's not even ready I've now been in here for 10 mins waiting for me order and now my lunch break is over and I'm late. Defeated the whole purpose of ordering ahead!!!

They are always out, but you can call or come in early right after they open the store around 10am in the morning.
