Love the chill atmosphere and reliably great food. The French dip never misses, with some of the best au jus to dip. Not fancy, but tasty and filling. Solid pours on the drinks. Great little neighborhood dive bar.

Very fast and excellent service! Had everything I ordered out withing 5 minutes of ordering. Food was amazing!

This place is beyond gross. My take out order was disgusting. The pho didn't include any hoisin or sracha sauce. The broth was cold. The raw steak was super warm, like it sat out of the fridge/ freezer for hours. The sweet & sour chicken was overcooked, hard as a rock. I called and spoke to a lady regarding the terrible food I received. All she did was give me a million excuses as to why my food was awful. Not one apology. She continued to argue with me. Didn't offer any type of credit. I will never give them my money again!

My wife is Vietnamese and we are extremely picky with Vietnamese food. Ever since we moved to maple valley, we’re hesitant about coming here. At one point, we were too busy to cook dinner and got tired of all the pizzas, so we decided to check out Spring Kitchen. Surprisingly, all of our dishes were delicious. overall experience- fast and friendly service, clean facility, and love their crispy fried chicken. that is a must. WARNING: its covered in garlic, so do not try to kiss your date afterward. 😂 other dishes to try out: lemongrass beef and grilled pork rice plate. 🤤
