Blink Fitness is great. I always get a great workout at all of their classes, and the instructors constantly push you to reach your maximum potential. The staff is super, and they are also very involved in the community.

Had a terrible experience with front desk staff. Was asking questions about changes in membship front staff gave me a nasty attitude I than asked for the staff members name and immidietly got super aggressive! After some back and forth the staff member walked up to me in an aggressive manor and we almost had a physical altercation. Mind you I was trying keep things tactfull however I am no floor matt. I managed to somewhat de escalate the situation however I felt like I was back on the block after that situation. The guy claimed he was the manager and threatened to ban me cause I threatened to report him. Long story short I cancelled and joined la fitness. No problems ever sence.

I like the cleanliness of the gym. Staff is nice also. Pricing did go up recently which is annoying. Definitely the smallest Blink fitness in the city. Has enough equipment to get in a sufficient workout for me. It's absolutely a fitness center and not a CrossFit or bodybuilding facility.

I signed up for a grey membership (a no contract membership) before the grand opening of the gym and before I could go I was involved in a car accident. So I sent a written notice, again before the gym opened up officially, to cancel my membership. A woman named Jesse promised me I wouldn't be charged for the month, but I was charged $21 in total. I called back that next day and no one answers the phone, so I left a voicemail message with all my information, including my contact number explaining the situation and informing them that one of their employees assured me I wouldn't be charged, but I never got a call back. Is it a nice brand new gym with great equipment yes, but from this experience their customer service and billing definitely needs work.
