Extremely rude ignorant staff , half the sides on the menus wasn’t available and staff got rude when I asked for them like im supposed to know what the hell goes on in there. Just plain ignorant and serving old sat out food. Stay away !

This place is a mess ! The chicken was overcooked ,burned and overpriced I paid 18$ for 8 tenders only!!!! I had to go back and returned! It looked like they fried the chicken like 100 times and my husband taste it and had to spit it out Cause it taste nasty , they employees are rude and lazy, inside of the store looks so nastyyyyy thank god a didn’t eat it ! Do yourself a favor and Don’t come here !

Professional Opinion

The Brand KFC is great, it's the locations that refuse to adhere to brand policy that make them not so great. Green beans are advertised on the menu, however there are no green beans in the store, not quality customer service. In addition to never having green beans there is a staff member in the drive thru named Imani that exhibits impatience. I was shocked and very disappointed when I was ordering and she would breath heavily in the . microphone indicating her impatience. Brands are only as good as their representatives and the Harbison location needs coaching to represent KFC a little better.
