I was told that I had to wait 16mins, chicken wings had just been dropped, I had time, no problem, I was told to waitin the parkinglot..after 20mins I knocked on the door, no response. So I go back in through the drive thru, I'm told 3 more mins..so now I've waited a total of 23mins, then I have to wait 3 more minutes for a grand total of 26mins ... if it's going to be almost 30min let the customer know that and don't lie, oh and they forgot my corn, won't ever be back..that's what I get for going to the hood. 😒

How INCOMPETENT do you have to be not to READ THE TICKET that tells you EXACTLY WHAT THE ORDER IS!???. I ordered a 3 pc all white meat and got 3pc dark. Then ordered a 3 pc 2 BREAST and A Wing and got 2 WINGS AND A LEG!!! Then you get my sides wrong and I'm missing 2 sides! The management doesn't care. The OWNERS DON'T CARE!! I'm glad I GOT A FULL REFUND!!! You need to OPEN YOUR INSIDE AND SERVE CUSTOMERS WITHOUT CARS because the 30 minute plus wait In the drive thru is UNACCEPTABLE!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!

Food was hot and my orders were correct! I had tenders my dog had a 2 piece dark.. now he all in my face wanting more.. nawww bro.. that costs too much for snacks.. he loves KFC!

I don't know why it is so hard for them to give you fresh hot fries with your order. You can't go inside so you have to go back through the drive thru and wait again in the line in order to get what you ordered. They need to get it together and they have the audacity to want to get paid 15.00 an hour or more with their lazy minimum wage hr work ethic.... I mean yes people do deserve a decent wage but they should also put in the work as well.
