The Sunday service was safe regarding COVID. Handmade masks were available for anyone who forgot to bring their own. Ushers make sure distancing is adequate. Hymns are sung by a professional choir quartet. Rear of sanctuary is set aside for people not singing. I enjoyed the children's service the most.

The church is beautiful and they allow at least one agency to help the community with food and socks, gloves and hats during the winter. I haven't been inside yet but I'm sure it is as beautiful on the inside

Went there for Preston's Pantry food bank. Great food. Great people. And the church has provided area outside but social distancing and masks are required. Also. . bring tour own bags and a cart or something. . . .cause they will load you up with food food.

Very very welcoming. Standard sunday service with a good choir and a really big fancy organ. Good sermons. Great resource for helping homeless And for renting out rooms/space. Great youth group. Very kind and inclusive

There are four services. There is a family services, geared towards families with young children, at 5:00. Then at 7:00 and 9:00, the services are larger crowds and traditional. At 11:00, there is a smaller candlelit service.
May 3rd is the luncheon at 11:30 and tickets are on sale now. If you can't make it, the quilts will be viewable on Sundays for several weeks after.
We have 2 services. 8:30 am in the Chapel and 10:30 mire formal service in the main sanctuary.
Hi Caroline, Virginia Bender's Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, October 30th at 2pm.
Hi Archie, I'm sorry to hear about your van. We understand that is a really important resource. We have some limited ways to be of service, but we don't have the resources to fix your vehicle. Perhaps we could help some other way? You can call our front desk M-F 9 to 4:45 and give your contact information to our staff. They will ask a minister to give you a call. We also host the Preston Food Pantry on Tues, Thurs and Friday from 3pm to 5pm. You can pick up fresh and non-perishable food. Just show up during that time and the volunteers will get you situated. Its a program with the Oregon Food Bank. Your neighbors at FUMC
That's great! I hope classes are going well. We don't offer educational scholarships but some of our members are part of groups that do (PEO). If you call our front office and leave your contact information we can forward you to the right folks.
