I have been very pleased with my experience at Compton Lumber. The Office staff is very friendly and professional. I only had one issue some years ago regarding the delivery of wood and but it was just miscommunication with the warehouse guys and was quickly corrected. Their prices are fair even given the current uncertainties in the lumber market. I recommend shopping here.

Yesterday, I visited for the first time to buy fencing supplies. These guys are great! Both over the phone and in person, excellent service. They assisted me in determining how many fence pickets I needed, and the man loading the car checked each board as he helped me. Compared to Lowe's or Home Depot, price was also much better. From now on, I'll use this as my go-to source for all lumber.
